"Night Embrace" spins the story of Talon, an ancient Celtic warrior who killed the son of the god Camulus. Camulus cursed Talon, decreeing death for everyone he loved. Now a Dark-Hunter in modern-day New Orleans, Talon meets Sunshine, who is key to ending his curse once and for all. Not to mention helping him to save New Orleans from an ancient god bent on total destruction. See original cover listed below. The cover shown here is the reissued cover that was done seven years ago.

*Shivers* the plot thickens.

Night Embrace: Is the second book installment of the Dark-Hunters series. According to Sherrilyn Kenyon you do not have to read the books in order she made it to where you won’t get lost with whatever book you decide to pick up that day. I am reading them in order because that is just how I am when it comes to reading books. So far out of the books I have read this one and "Dance with the Devil" are my favorite books.

When you start reading the books you noticed that each character or each one of the Dark-Hunters were tortured in the most horrible of ways. Talon, here is this book lost the most precious thing anyone could ever ask for. But he moves on and tries to suppress those feelings and leave them behind. This book along with the others are very naughty, don't get me wrong it is a little nice to read something like this once in a while. In this book Sherrilyn made Talon a beast of all beast when it comes to sex.

I really do enjoy each and everyone of these books so far and I can't wait to read more of them. My favorite part in this books was when Talon ended up naked in Sunshine's apartment because she washed his pants and everything. So Kyrian and Julian had to bring him clothes and they wouldn't stop laughing and they told everyone.

I would recommend this book and all others I read to everyone. Why? All these books tells a story and in each book you can feel the emotion and the power behind everything. These books tell you that no matter what background or how bad life was for you, you can still find love.
